Information we collect
Demo requests: your name, work email, organisation and message. Trial signup: organisation name and identifier, your name, email and a password stored only as a secure hash. Application use: the operational records your organisation enters and an audit log of administrative actions.
How we use it
The application uses submitted information to make demo requests available to the team, create your trial workspace, secure accounts and keep an audit trail. Business data-handling commitments remain subject to legal review.
Separation between organisations
Each organisation is an isolated tenant. Integration credentials are supplied and controlled by each tenant.
Retention and your rights
Retention periods and the process for access, correction and deletion requests will be confirmed when this policy completes legal review.
