Scope
These terms cover the MSPXtreme Ops website, trial workspaces and the application. MSPXtreme Ops is a separate product from MSP Xtreme.
Trials
Trial length and availability are shown at signup. Trials do not collect payment details and are not converted to a paid plan automatically.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. The account that creates a trial becomes its owner. Public signup never grants platform administration rights.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another organisation's data, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully.
Product status
Features are described on the features and integrations pages. Items marked not available, and anything shown only in concept artwork, are not part of the service.
Versioning
When you accept the terms at signup, the accepted version identifier is recorded with your account.
